where do u get the ultimate pa's in story mode and in extra mode, i know there not out for the network mode but where can u find them in story and extra modes thx

they are no ultimates in extra or story mode

sum PAs that are considered Ultimate online u can get from the NPCs from getting S ranks

ive seen videos on youtube that show these ultimate pa's. ive gooten all of the pa's from the npc story chars, those are just the same pa's as in network mode

You cannot obtain the Ultimate PAs offline. You can get the ones the NPCs use by getting an S Rank in particular missions while they're in your Party though.

The youtube videos are either from Network mode or someone hacked them into Extra mode.

yes ive gotten all of the pa's from s rank missions from teh npc's chars except tonnios spining claw attack thingy

u can get that PA offline [trust me: i hav it, it pwns] and its considered Ultimate online

and i really didnt knoe about JP haven them or not, i guessed about those.....

A few of the "ultimate" PAs online are indeed standard issue offline, for double saber its the one you get from the shop. Not sure if there are any besides that and the single claw one though

I dont believe tonnio's is the Ult PA for the single claw.
Even though it looks so badass

The cartwheel that Tonnio uses is the second claw PA. GH 420 uses it, and it is good.
I don't think there is a single claw ultimate PA, unless the cartwheel in fact will be.

Alot of times they are just hacking the game to get them, see most are in the game data already, but aren't properly balanced, so they don't release them just yet.
