whats with all the people with multiple 50% elemental weapon

I think i saw around 10 people today equipped with multiple numbers of 9* weps, at 50%..

are they super fortunate, or is it something more sinister?

PC version. yeah i now one person who got a few 30%s, and 1 50% out of around 300+ items he synthed in total.., seeing people with several 9* weps at 50% elements gets me kinda annoyingly suspicious.

When you synth 30+ 9* weapons a day, sometimes you hit the jackpot with a 50%. Go figure.

there is a guy on the XBox 360 servers, well actually a couple of them... Anyways, they collect 44% and 50% weapons, so I guess that would mean it would be THAT uncommon... But you say a ton of 9*, that's rare to see. My buddy has a 50% Ice Katsuno-Zashi, and that's all I know of right now.

i wouldn't assume hack. my palette is all 44-50% but i synth a lot and spend a lot of time every day looking for good deals on photons. Obviously if you dont put a lot of time into it you're stuck with your 20%s

Out of about 20-25 synths I have one 50% weapon, so if you're synthing 20+ weapons a day thanks to haxeta it is certainly possible to have a number of 50% weapons.

Not really. People that make them, either keep them, or trade them. Meseta is practically worthless, and I wouldn't sell a good 50% item either.

a month ago i had a haxer who confessed to me that he used something for the cheat engine to be able to change the %s on the weapons he got, just before taking them out of the synthing process. didnt think much of it because werent many people with such weapons around, and that hopefully that what theyre using will be patched up.

now recently before i posted this I had another confession from someone who changed their weps%s, although this person changed some of em to 44% instead of 50% to be less suspicious. XD

haxeta? well that could explain a few things resources wise, and not forgetting the board glitch, but youre still not guaranteed high%s with that.

but even with tons of money..wel..Ive had synthed a lot myself, as in FILL UP my pm with boards (32), and ive done this several times already, and only got 3 above 30%, none above 35%. talked to others with similar synthing experience.

A few people claim that B. St ups the chance of getting a high % a bit, which I might be able to believe... My Lv5 PM hasn't given me anything over 20% in ages.

i only have 2 44% weapons. I'd like to know how they have photons to keep synthing at max rate everyday.

Step 1: Make a good weapon lol
Step 2: Sell for max meseta
Step 3: Buy more photons at 100k and repeat!

No secret about it. If you synth enough you'll eventually hit the jackpot.

My first 50% was an earth bulb. Woots!
When 8* weapon boards came in I started off poor like many people and worked just 1 8* board at a time. Eventually getting more ambitious and stepping up to 3 boards as I worked to complete my bone dance set. Never got a 50% bone dance, but did get some nice 34-44% eventually from synthing 3x a day.

Then came a 50% fire 8* claw. That was nice, but I was making claws on a whim and really wanted a good bone dance.
I think next was a 50% ice jogiri.
Then I started working on spears, and with 2 spear boards in my PM I got back to back earth mukfets 50%. Imagine that?

Most junk weapons sold for a profit because everyone was like 'lol i wanna be darth maul i'll buy that 10% bone dance' and then the haxeta economy started kicking into full swing. Before it got TOO bad I started to stock up on elemental photons in bulk (full shop full of stacks). Since I had so many photons I kicked it up to 20 boards or so at once, but when you burn 200 photons every 12 hours it burns through your photons, so now I'm pretty much out =p

I think I'm sitting on 15 or so 8-9* weapons at 44-50%. One bought, rest synthed, never sold a weapon at 30% or above. Course nowadays with ridiculous photon prices I haven't synthed a weapon in like a week.

But as for selling good % weapons/armor for max meseta to dupers, many people did and used that to drive the price of elemental photons up (since they now had the money to pay 100k for elemental photons) while funding their 32 weapon board factory.

thing is while i know a few people who got high %s legitly, theres a lot more people who get them otherwise, and people stating "zomg ima legit wif x legit 50%s in one go" will always remain under suspicion.

Your friend who went 1/300 had bad luck, if that is how many synths he actually made!

They are rare, but not that rare. I'm honestly not surprised at all if I see someone with a full palette of 44-50% weapons. If I bothered selling stuff for max meseta I'd be in the same boat they are.

They use haxeta to buy the ingredients (be it from NPC or Player Shops), and then hack the boards in. Then BLAMO! bazillions of Synthesises at once. Fall out of a boat enough times, and eventually you'll hit water.

Anyone have any real data on how rare 50% actually is?

PS: I syth 1, and 2* weapons for my mag with Dark/light photons all day and have only once or twice gotten 30+%. I have one 44% ice dagger, and one 3x% light sword.

None of my B rank synths came out well. I had to buy all my weapons.
