In the boss battle against Dulik Falks second form, in chapter 12, what do you do to survive the attack when he blasts the whole arena with a meteorite?

scape dolls? I defeated him before he got to use it.

oh, well it stops the fight and shows this big meteor hitting the arena, and everyone instantly dies.

I don't need to heal when he hits me, and i never saw diga. I can last a couple of hits until he gets me low, i have around 1100 health. What level did you beat him at?

Ronin1of47

i just call his meteor attack diga lvl 31(because diga can only go to 30) cause thats funny to me. and i havent yet i just passing along tips ive heard or been given by friends

and as for surviving the attack im pretty sure it does like 2/3 damage of your full health no matter what so ur always gonna get hurt

Oh, where are you and what level are you? And I don't think I can survive his 'diga', but I had half health. I had no idea what he was doing.

I beat him at around LV50 in only a couple of minutes, wasn't that hard. All I did was spam the Claw PA Shousen Totsuzan-ga and he went down pretty quick.

The meteorite deals 80% of your max HP in damage. Nothing makes it deal less. Does the same thing online. Just make sure you have full life as its coming down, and beware of the little rocks falling.

All you have to do is heal yourself to max health before he casts the big thing.

If for some odd reason you don't have any healing techs or items, you're kinda screwed.

At level 55 you should be more than powerful enough to take Dulk Fakis down.

I never had a problem with him, I kill him before he even does that thing. he seems to be one of the few bosses who actually stays on the ground and doesn't wuss out by flying, so he wasn't so tough.

Just so you know, you can still act while the little attack cinematic is going on. As soon as the camera zooms out use a Trimate.

Hey guys, great news. I beat him! He didn't have time to use the meteor this time. I was really surprised becoz he died faster this time. (Than before when i lost)

I call that meteor attack, the Disgaea attack. The first time I saw it, I was like, "Ok! Since when did this game because Disgaea all of a sudden?" I was almost expecting some humanoid form of him, to come down on the meteor with a maniacal laugh. "Ahhh hahahahahaha!!!"

yeah. I thought that it was an event that was part of the boss. When I realised i could move, i started running. Not far enough...

I was lvl 53 when I beat him, just heal before the final meteor hits or try as hard as you can to kill him before he can even execute the attack.

I beat him at level 63. I could use mates while he was hitting me with the spell so you should be safe...

BlackDarkFalz
Feb 1, 2007, 02:37 AM
Yeah, i only used 8 mates, and i didn't have to go back for extra stuff. When you get his strategy its easy.

If you have enough HP you can survive the attack. Your party may not fair so well. In fact, theyre probably GOING to die. When I first did this, I had scape dolls on me (thankfully). Giresta's a good spell to learn because not only do you get to resurrect, you get HP recovery (usually full HP for your party). Of course, as you level, youll probably never see the spell again as youll kill him much faster.

And for the record guys, his name in game is Dulk Fakis. I just call him DarkFalz. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Seems like his meteor attack is much like a lot of Dark Falz's attacks in PSO, it didn't matter what your defense was, it was always going to do a set amount of damage. Hooray for more nostalgia.

I know it may seem cheap to do this but grab some double sabers, and tornado dance your way through the battle. I was around level 58 with dark 35% armor and neither I or my party members died.

Esufer

Just spam tornado dance, and you'll win.
I had a pallet of Bone Dances from the shop, and a hardline equipped, and completely laughed at him at like level 51. it wasn't that hard.
Just spam Tornado Dance.

That is how you complete offline mode.

Lock on. Tornado Dance.

Win.
