Tornado Break Help

hey everybody
i just bought a tornado break and learnt it but nothing seems to happen when it comes to use it all i can do with my sword is just attack normally why is this, if you can help me please let me know.

Have you linked Tornado Break to your weapon? Do so by selecting it in your inventory and selecting "Link photon art".

Keep in mind when you put your weapons in storage, it will unlink the PA.

also good to keep in mind that wands and rods can equip more than one PA, all of them i think, correct me if i am wrong but you can selct a tech to triangle or square

You can also link a PA to more than one weapon. And, do the mission tutorial ("talk" to your PM).

can you also tell me where to get THECNIC's cant seem to find them in shops or anywhere

Any shop that sells discs, sells techs. It covers all PAs (Skills, Bullets, & Techs). You can find them in the weapon shop in the GC & the named shops on each of the planets.
