How do you learn thecnics

can anyone tell me how to learn technics or where to get them please.

You purchase them at the shop, just like you did for "Tornado Break"; however, unless you are a Force type, you will not be able to actually use them as they must be bound to a casting weapon, which are only usable by Force types.

All weapon shops have someone selling Disks. Buy one, use the item to learn it, then go into your equip menu like you were adding a weapon to your action palette and there should be an option along the lines of Link Photon Art....select which ever learned art you want to use with that weapon.
