I've heard this too, and it says 3 missions on PSUpedia- didn't JP PSU get Fakis the same update as De Ragnus though?

I've been looking forward to fighting A/S-Rank Fakis for a while now, hope it is released today.

I'll be happy with the 3 missions, but considering the JP version of the game (at least according to this site's news archives) got 4 boss fights in this update, i'd be a little annoyed if we only get 3.

The US server doesn't get the exact same content in the exact same order that the Jpn server got. The past updates to the Jpn server can be used to forecast what we will get 7-8 weeks down the road but its not 100%.
