No offense, but this took 10 seconds. 5 to load PSUpedia, 5 to remember that Katsuno was a twin dagger. However, the only question I can not answer is where the board drop. The actual materials are easy to farm or buy from shops (shop around for deals).

A lot of player shops sell the board for about 150-200K. ingredients is about 50-80k I think. (depends totally on the photon cost).

The only place I've seen the board drop was on Mizuraki Defense S. I have a few I could put up in my shop, if so desired.

1 - Go to Yohmei. 2 - Buy the 165,000 board. 3 - Return to room. 4 - Insert board into PM. 5 - Peruse the list of igredients. 6 - Go to the synthesize shop on Guardian's and buy the materials. 7 - Choose your ELEMENTAL photon to use. 8 - Synthesize your weapon. 9 - Pray to God or whatever crutch you use, that it does not fail. 10 - Take out your ELEMENTAL weapon.

Oh, and then fail the synth like me. Damn it. Save your money and just buy them pre-made from a shop. I should have known by now. But every once in a blue moon, I spend my hard-earned cash to fail a synth...like an idiot.
