I never pay much attention to the requirements since I always qualify for them - sorry.

For the 2 I've done: De Ragnus Ownage S™(Lake Denes http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) is 57MP. Didn't pay much attention to the meseta.

Zoulgoug is I think 54, and faster to complete.

Try 100+ x_x, and those pol-can't spell name, things they spawn in the last room with the Jarbas in Lab S are in Lake Denes and cap at 500xp as the killing blow. 300+ for regular xp.

De Ragnus is pure badass, I recommend not knowing what it does before hand just so you can have that thrilling oh shit feeling :].

De Ragnus on S gives like 65mp or somethin....Also 3200exp (estimate) for the kill.....His stomp is also much more powerful then De Ragans.

Denes relics is also a breeding grounds for jarbas and bugs....(Can mechanical bugs breed?) Anyway it is a bit of a pain unless your with 65ish or so

Seeing how Mizuras are organic, not metalic, yes they can breed. And De Ragan mobs are 85+, with Ragnus at lv 90.

I'm working on one of these right now, it isn't complete yet and the new missions aren't on it yet (Besides the S reward for S Ragnus I got from the screen shots on these forums). I still have a lot to do on it, but you can see what all I have if you want here.
