GC:Help Renewing Hunter's License

every time i go to the site i log in and it says click serial and acess key to go to Hunter's License info so i do then it says at this one screen u can renew or cancel by hittin right button well there is only one button which says cancel accoutn and i have not renewd it yet...heres what it says

It should renew automatically, you just need to cancel it if you don't want it to renew.

every time i hit submit at the last screen it takes me to the one bedore where it says make sure billing and shipping is right WTF???

Maybe it had a problem verifying your credit card and your address. Sometimes that has happened to me when making online orders, they say the address doesn't match up with the address for my credit card but if I call them up and tell them that it is the right address and they just need to run it through their system again it always works, even when the customer support people claim it won't solve anything. You should try calling customer support or something. After that, it should automatically renew your license and charge you ever month.
