BT/WD Decors Findable?

As i've seen the BT room decoration is a drop from those gosh-darn-adorable Love Rappies. So if that's the case can we find the opposite varation? the WD Decoration? has the rappy droped it?

I almost think that maybe we won't see WD till White day (assume it's celebrated in PSU) but, that doesn't make sense:
if WD = White day then how come it's a gift for men to give to women, if white day is the Male counterpart to V-day? (Ex: White day is the day Women usually shower men with gifts) and now that i think about it, are they in the same month? i didn't think so.

the wd decoration sounds like it would be available for white day, at least. xD

and white day will probably arrive to psu, since its so big in japan.
the tradition is that women give men chocolate on valentines day, and then the men are to give something in return for white day, which is a month later on march 14th.
