The Phanis is the open long jacket (it's shown in white). Its trademark is its skull on the left wrist.

It was just added to the JP servers with the 02.01 update, so it'll probably be a few months before we see it. The name of this set is Boaboa, designed by ASFA. I'm not sure of the cost, however.

The US server is only like a month behind as far as clothes go. This might come as early as a month from now. But the actual updates for the US server are 2 months behind, so thats when I would expect it.

Also, it costs 45k for the top, 20k for the bottom, and 15k for the shoes I believe. Might ahve been another 10k for the shorts, I don't recall exactly. But the top and shoes should be the right price.
