i want to make ranger PM but..

Well if you dont want to get pm ZERO, then getting a ranger pm to 96 will only be 1% worse in synthetics, so its not to bad but I would get 100 pure ranger pm just incase XD

Well, it depends. If you're synthing, I'm not the person to ask.

If you're just getting it for battling, then it doesn't matter.

The four levels won't affect your synthing much, but if you want to have a pure PM down the line I would suggest you spend the 10k. It shouldn't be hard to make it doing a few missions solo.

I think it will affect it roughly 1% or 2% nothing major. It may affect the first evolution some but I doubt that it will.

Doubt that. If only pure PMs were able to use the evolution devices, how would you make the hybrids (the 420 series) evolve?
