What are PA frags

It seems to me that this new vocabulary has just popped up over night. One day no one's talking about it and the next day it's in multiple topics. What is a PA frag?

it's something you get from completing S rank missions, you need a whole bunch to buy stuff like Ult PAs, Ult bullets, Ult techs. and what not

PA Fragment. Its a reward you recieve for completeing an S rank mission with S rank. Eventually, seems like next week. We will get an update where we can exchange these PA's for "Ultimate" Photon Arts for our respective weapons. The amount needed to trade in varies. Some Photon Arts like Megid cost upward to 99. Whiles the lowest amount required seems to be 40 or 50. I forget the specifics.
