I must say that I am very impressed by the graphics of the 360 version (then again, thats what the system is known for). The high resolution is a definite plus to the gameplay. Less clutter on the screen the cut-ins don't take up too much of the screen (then again..I am using a wide screen monitor/TV). The controllers are very nice, although it took a while to get use to because I'm still use to my PC controller settings...something I will have to break. Other than that I think I will enjoy playing on the Xbox360.

Now before people start assuming things....
NO, I AM NOT QUITTING PC/PS2 VERSION!

I got the Xbox360 version because a group of friends of mine are jumping on Xbox version and I wanted to play with them. I tried to convince them to play on PC/PS2 version, but they didn't have the proper hardware to play. And since I have an available 360 at my home...I decided to get it. Plus my other brother wanted to play PSU (very very rare if I get him interested in a game), so I thought might buy it so we can share.

Also, the fact that I won't be on the PC as much as I use to be. Pretty much, a couple of people been saying I spend a bit too much time on the PC and I need to manage my time a bit better. I decide that I would say off the game and do school work on the weekdays and play on the weekends (but who says that I won't sneak on here and there anyway XD).

So pretty much, I am splitting my PSU time between the two versions instead of just one. But as of right now...I probably won't be playing much of either until I get things settled in the house and IRL (turning 18 soon and got things to take care of).

Its something I been pushing off for a while in hopes of changing my friends minds and getting them to upgrade their PC/PS2, but no luck.

I couldn't quit the PC/PS2. I have accomplished too much to just quit. I have too many friends and been through so much with them to just give it up. PC/PS2 is where my heart is for PSU, nothing about the 360 version can change that.

My mistake. I'm a little agitated with all this leaving for the 360 garbage i've been through the past month. I apologize. If they didn't quit, they left for the 360. It pisses me off that some of these people left just because of the economy; nevermind the fact some had no friends on 360 and hads tons on the PC version. -_-

Garnet...I'm not quitting the PC/PS2 verison. I will still be on and about still doing everything I use to, its just wont be on the large scale like I use to be. It could have been much worse for me though, if I decided to keep up my habits I would have lost internet access here and I wouldn't be able to play at all. My decision to cut my PC time was to make sure I would still be able to play online with my PC friends, that includes you.

Just finished Ch2 and wow wow wow, the scenary looks so great! I did experience slow downs here and there (*GASP* IMPOSSIBLE!). I'm actually going around talking to every NPC 3 times (yes "3" times!) to get all their dialog and get more depth into the game (since this is my 4th? playthrough).

Xbox 360 has a good bit of slowdown in various places. It's something I've been getting used to. The funny thing is that they could eliminate it all if they set the frameskip to 1 instead of trying to run 60 FPS. The cutscenes and movies all run at 30 FPS anyways, so they'd be better off making the switch...

This is the upside to console MMOs; everyone has the same equipment, for the most part. And generally, they run fairly well.

I'm around every evening, usually. Though I just got Rogue Galaxy and am also re-ripping all my soundtracks again, so I'm not completely focused on PSU as I usually am. Rogue Galaxy is freaking awesome, totally worth it at $40.

I'm still pissed True Fantasy Live Online never came out, though I still remain ever hopeful that they'll release a cel-shaded online RPG someday. I'll abandon every online game in the market the moment Level 5 ships it out.

I haven't heard anything on RO2 since the site went up... nothing about beta or anything, i'l gladly try the game when its released but not without getting into some test/trial of it.

As for true fantasy online... I can see this becoming a PS3 game down the road as they said it wasn't cancelled but also that they are "reevaluating" the platforms it will be on... and the bad blood between Ms and L-5 that became the cancellation of TFO only gives merit to a PS/PC release or just PC.
