What weapon is Headmaster Nav using?

Most of the time he uses some form of Misaki but occasionally he pulls out these weird blue knuckles that have clouds of bubbles popping out of them, what are they?

I want those knuckles. Compared to what is currently out, they're so streamline while still looking menacing.

You can purchase them in extra mode at the moatoob weapon shop. They are a nice pare of knuckles.

I finally got to try these out on my Ranger. The Skelas ROCK! I just love those bubbles. LOL Not a high ice element % but still, the knuckles are badass. I just dont see how it 'leaves a cross on an enemy' as the description describes. Still, a decent wep. I dont remember them being THAT blue tho. They looked black to me but of course had the blue photon & bubbles. Ill need to look again when I get a chance.
