down here in a VA today there was an news report addressing evveryone that hackers TODAY have been messin with the internet, could this explain wtf is going on?

That issue dealt with the attack on the Domain Name Servers. That has no connection with what is going on here.

No, because the 360 is fine.

Though, my network spat on me for approximately 10 seconds earlier this evening.
