These are people that like to piss and moan tomorrow about something you did yesterday. But they'll do it about something completely unrelated.
Basicaly they had a problem with something you did and instead of bringing it up directly they decide to give you shit for every little thing they can possibly see from then on.
Why? Because they have no idea how to resolve conflict. They run and hide when anything serious hits the floor. They have no coping skills, and no problem solving skills. These people aren't worth anybodys active time.
Are you passive agressive and want to stop being a little shit about it?
Well the first thing you need to do is stop running and hiding. If there is a direct problem then there is a direct solution. Holding grudges and paying people back for things you didn't have the balls to confront them about just means you'll never do anything productive with your life. You're time and energy is a waste to you and those around you.
No body is perfect, everybody causes problems. The difference is the people who get the problems out in the open to fix them, or the people who bury the problem and cry about it later, just causing more problems.
And what's worse, if you are a direct person involved with a passive agressive person and a problem does come up, you can't even resolve it if you want to. You'd have to be a mind reader. Cause they'll just dodge any attempts you make to fix it, claiming ignorance. And then further giving you shit for ' trying to stir up trouble'. This is what they do, complain and bring you down every oportunity they get so long as all they have to do is claim ignorance and pretend everything is okay.
If everything is not okay then stop being a little shit and say so, otherwise like I said, save us all the time and keep your mouth shut and your body out of the way, because nobody needs you.
