Why is the Holy Ray worth so much? Bluefil gets it off the Sil Dragon, not too hard..

It's good, and it looks good. That's why pretty much any item any PSO worthwhile.

Not to mention there's not a whole lot of Bluefull IDs floating around. Bluefull rares are worth more, than say, a Skyly rare, because everyone under the sun is Skyly.
