PA fragments.... What're they for?

I'm curious i'm sure it is somewhere on the site but i can't seem to find out and i've been getting them so i'm jsut curious now.

If you S rank an "S" rank mission you get a PA fragment, for Photon arts and TECHNICS coming out in future updates.

Correct, PA frags are obtained from S-ranking on an "S" mission and completing an Online Story Mission with a "S" after level 60 (first time only). They are used for the "Ultimate" Photon Arts of all types, Skills, Bullets, and TECHNICS.

i can't wait to use the PA frags for Giresta..

because i'm mostly a healing, boosting, and lowering creatures attack deffense, accuracy, etc..
