yeah percents can't be hacked, they just come out however they happen to come out. No control over em. Only the actual item can be hacked to be made, the percent is random. Eh, whoever you want to give it to, you'll prolly get something better from Crono though

and nothing makes percent easy to come by. I've made over 100 9* weapons prolly, and not gotten a percent over 20, just my luck

If you're on xbox, crea is still of great value, but not on ps2/pc. So yeah. I can offer a lot on psu pc/ps2. But yes, I'm not going to say it is legit. But now then, who would know the difference? No one.
