Hard/Hit Charge

hey i was browsing today and saw a hard hit charge, to my knowledge i thought this only increased your ATA but then i looked and it said it decreased PP usage on both striking and firearm, is this true? and if so how much? im thinking this might be a good fit for a beast

It's not a decrease; the blue arrows pointing down mean that your PP usage is worsened, meaning increased. They also appear on the Power Charge which most certainly does increase PP use. It's rather misleading, but that's how it is. And the increase is 150%.

aw ok that sucks, if it did decrease both those PP's i was going to wonder why this item wasnt more popular but i see now.
