That seems to be Damfoie being used in that pic and when you use a Dam tech you hold the rod in that position. As for the stats, keep in mind it's not even released yet and may have completely different stats later on.

They just announced 2 new S ranks by name for new drops on the JP side. I'm sure they'd name Psycho Wand if it was available.

Psycho wand is a 12*, Its more likely to be from a 150-ish level monster, not a level 100-ish.

The "book" lists lv 100 enemies in the Relics sites as having a chance to drop the Psycho Wand board. That's most likely changed by now since they didn't seem to have been planning to have enemies over lv 100 at that point.

Yeah...that's what I was talking about, but you bring up a good point that they may have not planned on people gaining levels so fast and requiring higher level enemies or something.
