Na, they just letting yea know that you "could" get banned for it, and that it's hacked.
They all just being nice. =)
Also, why would we take it if we know it's hacked. If yea don't know, people at these fourms don't care for hackers or hacked items, just a heads up.

Actually, I've noticed this happening quite a bit lately. Happened to me on Thursday and wasn't able to get online until yesterday. Just go fill out a report form and they'll have your account back in no time.
