GG update?

I don't know. It's an update released in conjunction with a client patch to beef up security on the JP servers. GG is universal, so the NA servers get it right away. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

well I remeber at one point people claimed items couldn't be "hacked" into the game because certain exploitable values in GG were masked... then sega removed it and went back to a GG update to when they were accessible again.

I just realized the news on the front page... don't know what to think (about us getting it that is).

well if the game becomes more "secure", i'd be glad I didn't go shell out 400 (or 60) to get the 360 version of the game because not only would I have wasted money, i'd have to wait on others to take quality shots of the "cornucopia of awesomeness" that is my characters http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif.

I hope you guys know that gg was once at rev 945... which was more secure imo before we had the gg revision rollback.

Well I'm officially having slowdowns up the yin yang (I posted in the other thread, sorry about that). But it's really bad. The first GameGuard update wasn't so bad, and I was playing for awhile. I logged out and back in 30 minutes later and noticed a 2nd GameGuard update (which I thought was weird, considering I had already gotten one), and when I logged back in everywhere I go it lags. I can sit in an empty Universe with no one near me and I move in slow mo. It's really really bad. Most on right now is 2 stars. I can't play with this update as it is.

I noticed a few other people experiencing the same issue online as well as a couple of people on the official forum complaining. I hope this isn't permanent. Who do I mail about problems? Sega or nProtect?

Unfortunately their not blocked and they don't do any harm anyways, they just use it for testing purposes. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif It's one of my best friends hell, he can make his own UCE so it's not hard for him honestly to bypass.
