where is the best place to get maseta when on a free mission. I need to collect some so i can get armor i gave mine to my P.M by mistake and what are the highest items to give to a P.M e.g something with +6 +6 +6 etc.

If you're online and 35+ find a good group for Bruce B - 5250 for A and 7000 for S ranks are quick and easy. Should only take between 12-20 min per run too.
