I don't think anyone ever said anything about new clothing coming out, but I do want it to come out as soon as possible. Since it's out in japan, can we get an estimation on how long it'll take for it to come out here?

Also, if the new PAs aren't coming out on the 2nd, I'm going to sue.

I think the item exchange means Ult. PA. You need to do a mission at the Guardian HQs on the various planets to get them.

I hope so, because the day of the incident (when the 'Techincal Difficulties' came about), they changed it to say that the 20 New Photon Arts would come out on March 2nd. Now that piece of info is gone.

Hopefully that item exchange is referring to the PA Frag Swap for Ult. PAs and such like someone said.

I wouldnt worry, Japan has no other quests where you would exhange an item of any kind. It has to be for the Ults.
