PSU-XBox 360: Who broke the clock?

I got a simple mail from someone that apparently was sent on February 15th at 6:06 AM.

Is this like... Chinese time or something? Last I checked the 360 servers were on Pacific (US) time.

It's the same with the PS2/PC servers, their clock is set to the JST timezone.
