angel harp

just wondering if any of you have comment on how useful angel harp and heart of poumn are. I alreayd have heart of poumn yet to get my dumb female hunter to like lvl 80. but angel harp cant be used by androids correct?because im making a dude right now non android just in case

Angel Harp is usable by andorids, as far as they are Ranger and female (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=443)
