I had to deal with this exact problem this past weekend =) I recieved an email after I inquired about it and was told it has to be properly processed first. It usually takes a day or two. It might be sooner for you since I did it during the weekend. Good luck!

I was late on mine once or twice because of insufficient funds. It takes a few minutes, so channel surf or get a glass of water or tea, and bam. Done.
