ah man i can picture it now, when they finally open it up (who knows what the hell it will look like) people going to spend meseta on new clothes, then spending hours there doing little lobby dances in hopes of finding the 5% of females on this game, hahah ahhh i hope this doesnt happen

As far as I know, there's nothing planned for there, and there's a NPC after the Dulk Fakis mission that sells Kubara weapon boards...I'd assume that's the closest thing we'll ever get to a Kubara shop.

Also, that store is on floor #3, which seems to be miscellaneous items...floor #2 is more for equipment. Honestly, I have no idea what it could be used for...but if it is a Kubara shop, that'd be pretty cool I guess.
