acording to this website
this creature has a chance to drop the phantom rifle
but i cant find one in the game. do they spawn in mad beast s or somwhere else. ive done mad beast s a few times and havnt seen them

They spawn in Mad Beast S sometimes, my friends I were farming there for an item that I just can't seem to remember right now, but yeah.. they're there. Kind of hard to get the layout that they're in.

They do not appear in Mad Beasts. You'll have to wait for the s2 for whatever they call the dragon co-op mission.

Have fun not getting one, the drop rates on A rank weapons are atrocious. And if you go in with a group you should be prepared to have someone else grab it anyway!

You might as well try to get some other type of 9 star weapon and try to trade that off to someone for a Phantom. Not that anyone will necessarily take you up on that offer, but there might be people interested. Or you could just sell it for money and then use that towards a Phantom yourself.
