PS2 Screenshots .. possibly??

Ok, I just had this random thought as its been annoying me for ages that i cant take screenshots with my ps2..My thought is this ..

If anyone out there has Psu for Ps2 and oneof those usb memory stick things maybe you could try it out to see if it works ..

I was thinking like the old DC and GC version where as maybe if you put the usb memory stick into the 2nd usb port of the Ps2 and hit the print screen key as you would on Pc it might take screenshots..Then place the Usb memory stick into your pc and transfer them.... Hmmmm

Has anybody tried this yet or is anyone capable of trying this and letting us know the outcome..

You could always run your PS2 through a tuner card and take screens...

WatchThemFeed : Yeah it is pretty awsome to be able to take pics .. Gamecube had the option and Dreamcast so hopefully the Ps2 will aloow it too ..

Yeah I believe that that's what he means... but I really want to know if the usb method will work. I could always just go buy one soon and try it out...

Pretty much Gamemako hit it on the head; you need a tuner card or capture card.

Personally, Im getting a external one to take pics and record when I am playing.

naaa it dosn't i just tryed it, shame too was a good idea, well could just be my usb stick, if it did wouldn't it have to loacate it to were the usb is? as in a save point.

If you're really desperate, just take photos with you digital camera. Sure, it's not the same, but it works.
