Probably in the 17-20 PP range, like the second PAs currently available for most weapons.

According to the JP PSU wiki, Senten Kanzan-ga will cost a base of 18 PP per use; 14 PP for fortefighters. The twin claw skill, Renzan Senshou-ga, will cost the same per use.

Wow, that's actually kind of cheap. I was expecting 20 per use, like the robado of old. It's also on par with PAs that I currently use. It's nice that I won't be burning my PP faster than I do already.

Not possible. You're right about TD costing 30 to use from 1-10, but there's no specialized cost, as FGs don't have innate reduction.
