advanced battle types

i was reading about the battle types and figured out about the advanced types..... how do you get them, is there a way or just have to be on a certain level.and also does anybody know a site where i can view the strategy guide online.

Level the 3 starter jobs til you get the required levels.

Don't know of a online strategy guide but there are lots of stickied guides in all forums. You can also forum search for threads.

May be hard to understand at first, just read the charts carefully, all the information you want to know about Advanced Jobs is in there.

Forte- jobs are obtained by leveling a base job to lv10 (effectively capping it). They have both faster PP regen rates and use less PP on their respective weapon types (fortefighter gains this bonus on striking weapons, etc.).
Hybrid jobs require their main job to be at lv5 and their lower job to be at lv3. The two jobs that are hybridized get a PP regen bonus to their respective weapons. An example is fighgunner, which is mainly a hunter but has a ranger aspect to it as well, requires lv5 hunter and lv3 ranger, and has a PP regen boost to striking and ranged weapons.
Special mention goes to Protransfer, which requires all jobs at lv5, but doesn't get any bonus to any of them. Rather, it specializes at laying traps, and can just barely use hunter and ranger weapons.

Beasts get a bonus to hunter types, Casts get a bonus to ranger types, Newmen get a bonus to force types, and Humans get a bonus to all hybrid types.
