plus registration Gc

Hello, i have tryed to register my copy of pso1&2 plus but a message says "you need to put your key cd" (or similar)
Why doesn't it work ? (even if i put my cd key and serial)


And i have already active an account on epIII, i can register the 1&2plus using this account ?(i know that if i have an account for 1&2 is possible register the epIII, i wonder if the opposite is possible as well)

That should be possible. I started with Ep3 too, before I got online with Ep1&2.
