Twin Claws for a Fembeast Wartecher

Since... I'm short on PA slots (17 tech, 10 skill and 5 bullets so far) and can only use the first twp parts of the combos of any melee skill (Striking lvl 20 only), which of the two current Twin Claw PAs should I get?
Or are they both crap with only a max of lvl20?

The second Twin Claw PA is pretty good at 20, but the first one I've never actually seen so I can't say anything about it.

The first twin claw PA is pretty horrid. Go with the second one.

The second twin claw PA works pretty well. It has two knock downs on the second part, making it rather complete. The third part is actually kind of bad compared to the first two parts, so you aren't missing much with it.

Indeed, the second one at 11-20 has a launch/wipeout effect, meaning the opponent is left lying on its back right in front of you.

The first ones not horrid but the 2nd on is indeed better.
