How many weapons do you use?

With my fortecher, I'm now carrying around 8 weapons.
4 rods for killing stuff, 1 rod for buffing, a bow, a wand for spamming foie/resta, and a Kikami.

I have 9 weapons all configured right in my Pallette, and I keep one extra outside of the pallette.

I figure over time, most of us will carry that many weapons and more. Hunter types will eventually collect a lot of different elemental weapons, so they may end up keeping a bunch to switch between. Mixed Classes, well, nuff said. they generally will be carrying weapons to support two classes.

Still, with 11 wands, my only guess is that you're doing a lot of soloing of high-level levels. That's about the only time I see you running out of PP and figuring to carry so many wands.

well yeah, after awhile i figured it was kinda over-kill cuz 6 were for resta/reversa and 5 were for element attacks. there were times where i'd run out of pp for my healing wands for all 6 before i'd get to a refill spot and pp-chargers for wands suck as they only refill half the wand. now as a fortetecher i only walk with 11 weaps (2 wands, 6 rods, 1 bow and 2 throwing knifes)

That's what the toimorod and 3 rayharods are for. i also carry several extra wands like W'Gastas for extra healing when in intense misisons, but usually PhotonCharges for good rods.

4 Ulteris (or mix with Hanmaterics if I know there be bugs, or more phantoms if I feel like skilling up a shot)
9-12 Cubo Mamba

1 Crozara+10 for Debuffs just because
4 Cometaras for Buffs/Debuffs as I need them

2-3 Hajirods+6s for debuffs
2-3 Tomoirod+6s for resta/reverse (this is how I keep my inventory switching sane... different rods for those spells)

4 Howrods - workhorse rods with what I'll typically be using
4 Majimras - Diga/Radiga and Foie/Rafoie usually
2 Kikami - just for fun

Too many. Basically I carry at least one of every weapon I can use. And it's getting to the point where I have almost every element of every weapon I can carry, and I always carry them all. Plus I carry 2-3 of each ranged weapon I use, fighgunner. A few days ago, I was running around with 59 items on me without having picked anything up in missions, between armor, weapons, status boosts, and healing items.

Mainly play Guntecher now, when I set out, (depending on the planet and people I know I will be partying with, really, and what roles I'll need to fill), I'll typically bring the following:

8 x Cubo Mamba
4x Phantom
3x Deathmaker
3x Batnara(8)
3x 4 star wand, grinded to 8, Yohmei brand. Can't remember the name at the moment.
1x 9* Dagger, non-element
2x Cubo Upinde (8* Kubara Xbow)
1x Drumline

I hate having to pick out my Xbows to Photon Charge when I usually have 4 in my AP at any given time, and at 12 PP a shot for level 21 bullets, I can eat through them pretty quickly. So, swapping the proper Xbow out for another really makes things quicker on me. If I know I'm in for a long mission, or that I'll be mainly healing, I'll bring in my Cubo Upinde's to pair with my healing wands. They do probably 1/3 of the damage of the Mambas, but with the greater PP capacity (900ish) and superior PP regen (15 a tic instead of the usual 12 on Xbows for a Guntecher), I can assure I won't have to pause to swap out a weapon nearly as often. Leaving the weapon out with my wand will also allow the better PP recovery to really make a difference over time, such as when I'm duoing or trioing with friends.

The Drumline's just there for a little variety, as it's always fun to maneuver around to the back of a slow enemy and unload a whole clip into its backside. With the accuracy bonus, it can add up to some pretty decent damage.
