Making a fresh Character tomorrow On PS2

Tomorrow ... about 16 hours from now, I'm gonna make a new Character, fresh without money from my main. (Nephilim de la Croix) Who's useing low leveled characters atm, or who's new, or who wants to just party up tomorrow?

Actually, I haven't been a level 1 in a while, what's a goo place to find low level groups?
