I am on chapter 11, and I have to find curtz, I have found him before on another story mode account but I seem to forgot where exactally I found him.

Any help would be nice, I would love to speed things up so I don't have to go looking again.

I have one of those "OMGWTF" moments in every game I play, and its always incredibly easy when I find what I have to do.
