It wasn't wiped so either they made a mistake or all the nay-sayers (including 'Juan') are wrong about it not dropping from lvl 85+ Carrigiunes. They did just use the same data as the JPN ver for the wipe but they only have access to the lvl 85+ Carrigiunes as we do.

JP was able to legitly obtain this BEFORE the patch, so the sweep did not remove them.

meaning, when PC/Ps2 got this, Rucars bypassed it, but they cannot drop yet.

yes, its Lv 85+ Carrigiunes, but they are not capable of dropping them.

Just like Ebons and stuff, they used to not be able to drop, now they do (even on B & A missions)

To my knowledge all but 5 S ranks were cleared out, Halarod, Crea Doubles, the love bow, Carrigane Rucar, and Blackbull. Blackbull comes from Dulk Falkis boss boxes and we'll be getting that soon. Everything else should be dropping legitly. How is it hard to understand that? ST didn't change the drops on anything but enemies over lv 100 which we don't have yet. What stuff drops on the JP servers now drops here on the EN servers as well. So the Rucar can be obtained legitly. So all of you shut the fuck up about it already.

Getting a little overly offensive there, especially considering a Sega representative told us it was NOT released. Its common sense to understand everyone else's logic on the matter. Its not obtainable yet, get over it. =3
