An Omen of Portentious Portent?

Got a Phantom board a while back, started trying to use it in the hopes of getting at least one without breaking my wallet in player shops. Also got a Hikauri board to stuff all that Kubara Wood into, just to see if I would ever see an Alteric in my inventory.

Days later, 0/2 Phantoms(44%), but 2/2 Alterics(54%).

Is the game trying to tell me to be a Guntecher? >_>

PS: I know 'portentious' isn't a real word, I just feel like being a dork.

I'm not sure I'm skilled enough to be a Protranser. x_x; Sometimes things just get so hectic that I lose track of what's going on and end up getting mauled by a stray Megid or other devastating attack I didn't see coming. I know PT gets really rather amazing at Type Level 5 and onward, but I just don't know if I can handle the challenge of the stat handicaps Level 1 sets.

I'd also say I'd have to run Hunter for five levels to get it as well, but I dare not incur the wrath of the Fortefighters. >.>;

...And throwing cards are damn cool, too.

Guntech is nice, id prefer it over Fortegunner (wazznt a fan of the gernade launcher)

and cards are so awsome its not even funnii!

personaly, id go Guntech: cards, resta/reverser/megistride, S rank small-arms....
