Rumors or Truth?

I know this is probably just a rumor. A friend of mine speculated that as we get more updates, the old "rares" drop rates get better as the new content update patch apply.

( By old i mean like rare De Ragan S units after next 2 or 3 content updates )

Anyone can confirm this? I myselft don't think so...

Nope, that's never happened before one PSU or all of PSO so I highly doubt it.

There is precedent for the lowering of droprates. Episode 4 on Blue Burst had its droprates dramatically lowered on the JP and US servers. In the case of PSU, there hasn't been any evidence of drop table or droprate changes yet.
