PSU-Item: wand or bartana help

i need help on getting the wand or bartana rod on neudaiz it has an X beside them even if im on force
i checked the stats for it and it says at the bottum of the window " TP required" but i dont know what that means any suggestions.

"TP" is a character stat. It is used in calculating how much damage a technique will do. Also, it is used to determine whether you are allowed to equip a higher-level rod or wand. If there is a X beside the weapon, it means you are not a high enough level to use it yet.

oh ok ill raise my force type level enought hopefully it wont take long on the topic i saw the furom with the fully customisable weapons how do you make them i only made the grunda bradda so far

Basic Synthesis Overview:

1. Buy/Find a synthesis board. A synthesis board will have a [B] in its name.
2. Give this board to your Partner Machinery using the "Insert Board" option.
3. Find the recipe components for the board. Store them in your Partner Machinery.
4. Using the Partner Machinery menus, you can now create your item.

Depending on the recipe board and your Partner Machinery's stats, the chances for success may vary.
