My new Weapon =]

So, i made a cast charecter and, yep, i did it, i got a new weapon. wana know what its called? a heakul buster i think... i know, i know, not really a 'weapon', but i can't remeber the name for theese things =[. Anyway, i was wondering, how do you 'charge' and use theese things. Becuase i know there is a sort-of 5-bar'd thing under you'r EXP POINTS / NEXT LEVEL, but how do you charge that, and more importantly, how do you use them?

It's a weapon referred to as the SUV. You charge up the skill by attacking or getting attacked. Once it reaches a full bar, it will brighten up. At this point you hold two buttons ( the two buttons that you use for attacking) while standing still.
