whats better for beast badges/nanoblasts:invincibility,power,defense,or speed when i hit lvl 20

It's all a matter of preference. Pick what you you think you like. Note that the Invincible nanoblast time is much shorter than other forms.

Start with which one you think is prettier and go from there.

Also, is the blue nanoblast worth its shorter time? I'd normally go for red due to its added attack power, but I like blue.

why does invincibility have a shorter time period than the other ones

Invincible is that it is. A little boost with ATP & No damage - from anything! You are practically a war god for the duration. Having it lasted longer will make things even more unbalance. Who will use other forms if invincible is the 'best'?

All the other forms need that extra time to heal when De Ragnus gives them "the pleasure".

As a bonus, for this form, I have my brother equiping HP restore. With Beast's natural high HP, it's killing & healing at once, for 30+ sec. ;D

Can you be SE'd or flinched while nanoblast? I haven't payed attention

You can be insta-killed from megid while in the non-invicible nanoblast forms but no other se works on them.

Just curious as to what the real difference is besides the time difference, because invincibility feels so short that I'm beginning to think defensive is better. I'm just curious though, how much do you actually get hit for by S rank monsters with defensive beast on? Anyone have any opinions on this?

Things have up & down sides. So it's up to you to try & decide. What others like might not be what you like.

I "think" (from what I seen) beasts in defense form only take like 10-20 dmg tops if any damage at all (not sure about what line/units they were using).

Personally, I like Defense for the fact that you would flinch or be moved when taking damage allowing you to move freely and it has a longer duration.
