On topic: Meh, I wouldn't waste my luck searching for Black Heart. Damn darbelans only showe their face to me 3 times and I always got olpad. Now, I'd do VoC S and get those damn Jaggo's to spawn and grab a nice Giga/ Bullet PP Save.

No it doesnt. In fact, contrary to the more popular beliefs, luck doesnt even affect the rare drops, at least not directly. Luck affects grinding, and it affects the drop/anything rate of creatures. This indirectly does affect the amounts of rares you get, because the more items that drop, the more chances of rares, so yes, in general, you will get more rares on 3 luck than you do on lower. This also means that luck does not affect boss box drops, since they are always 100% to drop something.
