There about a dozen ways you could compare the way Sega does this. But you seem to be the type who won't sway or listen period so I won't waste my time or yours m'kay?

I can understand the frustration, I'm now with game in hand and watching what is available to see if it is worth it for me to take the plunge. Unless I'm missing something this appears to be a pretty big absence and a big hinderence to maximizing your 'A' weapons?

if by maximize you mean break, then yes.

Reason their holding it off is probably because not enough S ranks drop yet, so Sega knows it would be a let down if ya broke all ya A ranks
