70 mission points on B rank and 150 on A rank. dunno about C, probably 50 or so...

Where the hell are these places?

I'm still pretty new to PSU, and I've been grinding HIVE B for mission points...That's 15ish if you get S rank at level 32.

If I could be getting the same mission points for a c rank mission I could solo, I'd much rather grind that, please tell me, how do I get to this "Bruces" mission?

You can't solo Bruce Dungeon. You need a minimum of 2 people. It's located at the guardians branch on Moatoob. De Ragan is located after Mad Creatures on Parum.
