How difficult is Giga/Skill PP Save to find?

Now that I have all my PA fragments, I figure I should hunt something else. This looks like a very useful unit, but I don't hear many people saying that they have it. Would it be worth grinding Mad creature's four rappy spawn map until I find it, or should I just wait until there are more in the economy?

Ouch... I myself have found about 6 50+ rappies while hunting PA fragments, and I only got a feather out of it (no unit dropped). It does seem painful...

That'd be nice if I could use them (really nice). I think I'll just go without them until there's a way to get them more easilier. Unless there's something I could trade for them?
