Nope. Sega keeps all your data safe, untill you want to resubscribe again.

SEGA does state however that they have the right to delete your data after 3 months. I highly doubt they are so strapped for storage space that they would, but there is no guarantee that your data will be safe.

I say take no chances! Just keep playing! It can really hurt if you don't know what you're doing and start all over from the begining...
